Starting your own film production company can be a good startup business. If you are seriously interested in knowing how to start you own film business then it's probably best to start it with an angle of small business.

Film production company tend to be small at first in all term. Which may consist of five to six people working together at first, with or without office for some income where there's actually no benefits. However once a film goes into production, those small businesses become much bigger than one imagine of.

A film production company means hundreds of employees, contracts and millions of dollars. As a production company your goal is to go from small business to big business.  

Come up with a good catchy name for your production company. Choose something that is easy to remember and also stands out of the crowd. To start a film production company you will need to incorporate. Once you have incorporated you will need to come up with a script, either by writing or finding one you want to produce.
